To send a message with entire photo albums you simply need to create a new Otengo message with your albums and send to the recipients
You can do either of the following:
Right Click on Folder > Send to > Otengo. This creates a new message in Otengo with the selected folder. Enter recipient email address and hit Send. Your message is on its way!
Click on New message icon in the Otengo window
Drag and drop folders into the message or
Add attachments to message through Browse File or Browse Folder buttons on top of New message window
Enter recipient email address and hit Send. Your message is on its way!
